We decided to upgrade our property including a double extension to the side and a single rear extension. All internal walls were to come down including new positioning for a new staircase. We had planned this for quite some time and when we decided to bite the bullet we had a lot of builders come out to quote. First impressions Graeme was by far the most professional. He had the knowledge and experience needed for a high spec build but most importantly for us he was approachable and we felt we could work well together especially for such a long period of time. He came out several times before the build to go through the specification and check we were happy with everything.
During the build Graeme’s planning and attention to detail was impeccable. He communicated effectively and kept us involved every step of the way. The tradesmen he had work with him were equally impressive.
Since the build was completed we have had Graeme out to do extra work to the property. He has kept in touch regularly and we see Graeme as a friend rather than our builder. We honestly can’t recommend him enough!! Thank you for creating our beautiful family home.

We cannot express enough our delight and joy, with the extension Graeme built to the front of our home.
Graeme extended our very tiny old toilet, into a wonderful wet room which we can all now enjoy. We have also a beautiful porch which is a pleasure to welcome visitors to our home.
Graeme took such care and pride in his work, and consulted us every step of the way. There were challenges for Graeme in this job however, he overcame those challenges and caused as little disruption to us as possible.

We had a ground floor extension added to our house last summer. The build included a kitchen, utility room, cloakroom/toilet, also, a garage conversion. Graeme and his people at GLD were great, very reliable, and kept us well informed of what would be happening every day. They were very clean and methodical. The build, plumbing, joinery, electrics and windows are all of excellent quality and we have no hesitation in recommending GLD to anyone with a building project.

As everyone knows the success to any major building project is finding the right builder. A builder you can trust implicitly. We decided to open up our kitchen and dining room into a large kitchen diner. We had a few false starts with builders letting us down. Then I was recommended GLD. From the first meeting we knew we had found someone trustworthy and honest. He helped us decide the best possible design, gave us ideas to consider and never tried to persuade us in any particular direction. From the outset of the project he kept us informed of each and every step. They arrived promptly every morning and left the property extremely tidy at the end of every day. The workmanship was second to none, every aspect was so well done. Once the building work was complete they fitted the kitchen superbly down to every last detail, tiled the floor, installed light fittings bifold doors and velux windows. The end result was stunning.

We used Graeme (GLD) with our extension to our property. It was a significant build which we had taken a while to plan so we wanted to ensure the exact details and quality of finish were spot on.
We got a number of quotes and decided to go with GLD immediately after meeting Graeme. He was very professional and friendly and he helped advise us around some of the options which we were confused about following the architects drawings. There was no pressure, he sent written quote when he promised and the price was very competitive and fair. He was also clear and transparent around the schedule of works which helped us to plan.
During the build the communication was excellent and he put us at ease. Although the build was significant he ensured that he kept the house clean and tidy at all times and always worked around our circumstances and adapted to suit.
As the project progressed, we were so impressed and confident with the work we even decided to arrange for Graeme to fit us a new kitchen and bathroom.
This was the first time we have ever done major work on our home and we were initially unsure about how it would go...we needn't have been as our experience with GLD from start to finish was superb. If we ever wanted anything else doing on our home we would always use GLD in the future. Highly recommended.

Graeme worked for us in Spring 2017 re-fitting our kitchen following a house fire. The kitchen is beautiful and Graeme's workmanship is of an exceptionally high standard. He took a lot of care to ensure that every part was well-finished and we are really happy with the results.

We engaged Graeme Lynch to add a double storey extension to our previous home which consisted of a new kitchen, extra living room, two further bedrooms, a second bathroom and an en suite shower room. The work was carried out to a high standard, was completed within an acceptable time frame and at a reasonable cost.
Graeme has also improved our present home by replacing the flat roof of the garage with a pitched tiled roof. Again no problems with the work carried out.
We might add that Graeme is considerate, respectful and consistent – not disappearing for days on end like some builders! He is also mindful of his clients’ privacy, something seldom mentioned but nevertheless very important.
All in all we have no hesitation in recommending Graeme both on a professional and personal level.

We used GLD to build our extension. It consisted of converting the garage into a living space with a utility room, and a bedroom above complete with ensuite.
